🛡️ 1 Week (7 Days) Testing & Replacement Warranty
Every piece of electromedical, diagnostic, and surgical equipment supplied by Al Rafio Traders includes a standard 1-week testing warranty from the date of confirmed delivery.
1. What Is Covered Under 1-Week Warranty
- Factory Defects & Sensor Calibration: Initial hardware faults, screen display defects, or power supply malfunctions.
- Functional Inaccuracies: Inaccurate metric readouts (ECG waveform distortion, SpO2 sensor failures) under proper operation.
- Free Replacement or Repair: In the event of a genuine defect reported within 7 calendar days, we will replace or repair the unit free of charge.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The 1-week testing warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by electrical voltage fluctuations, improper earthing, or faulty hospital generators.
- Physical breakage, water immersion, fluid spills, or drop damage.
- Unauthorized tampering, opening of device seals, or modification by third-party technicians.
- Mishandling, improper use, or operating the device outside its intended settings and instructions.
- Consumables that have been consumed or opened (e.g. ECG paper rolls, electrodes, gels).
3. How to Claim Warranty
