1. Overview & Acceptance

By placing an order on Al Rafio Traders (https://alrafio.com), you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms

All orders require 100% full advance payment prior to goods dispatch. No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) is available on sensitive electromedical machinery unless explicitly approved in writing for institutional contracts.

3. Warranty & Return Windows

• Standard warranty duration is 1 Week (7 Days) from delivery date for testing and defect identification.
• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 1 Week (7 Days) in original packaging.

4. Product Specifications & Pricing

Product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to correct any typographical or specification errors without prior notice.
